Inspiring impact
Celebrating progress was an important part of customer engagement. Round-up was a new format delivered to 100,000 families across the country every half-term. Responsible for concept, direction, design system and quality of production.
Worked hard on ensuring each unique experience was entertaining, handling a complex set of user scenarios. Round-up became a mature flagship product with a steady increase of numbers, converting around half of customers with over two-thirds swiping till the very end.
Essential efficiency
Catering for a variety of needs across the business, critical software was often bespoke. Bandleader was a core operational app used everyday across the country. Led various design phases to simplify tasks, increase efficiency and improve overall Bandleader experience.
Improve, bit by bit
Alongside larger projects was always the need to react to day-to-day activities. Presenting simple, solid solutions, collaborating closely with stakeholders and keeping high levels of quality in production. Pieces include an app for kids, improvements to the customer sign-up flow and a resource hub dedicated to schools.
